Overview
Part of the Human Resources team, you are the driving force behind building a strong employee culture. Your role will evolve with changing organizational needs as you foster a positive working environment and support the overall success of the business. You act as the bridge between management and employees to ensure the workplace nurtures productivity and growth. With your expertise in addressing the diverse needs of employees, you will contribute significantly to our organization's success and ability to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Responsibilities
The role involves continuously evaluating the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a smooth experience for both candidates and hiring managers. It includes regularly reporting on the talent acquisition process steps, identifying gaps and recommending enhancements to the process. This will drive decisions for effective recruitment strategies aimed at attracting high-caliber talent. Additionally, the position may seldom require offering guidance and support to hiring managers during the recruitment journey. Proficiency in iCIMS is essential for managing and tracking recruitment activities, e.g., candidate applications. The responsibilities also encompass conducting candidate screenings and interviews to determine the most suitable candidates for LIXIL. Furthermore, the role entails managing projects focused on process and system improvements, which involves collaboration with recruiters, and Human Resources Business Partners.
Serve as the iCIMS subject matter expert by addressing issues faced by recruiters and hiring managers, ensuring they have the tools and processes needed to efficiently collect, manage, and utilize HR-related data. Analyze data to identify areas for process improvement, while ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and proper interpretation. Create and refine best practices and own version control of external and verbal communications, SOPs, and processes related to systems. Develop content and collaborate with recruiters for system training.
Document TA business insights, processes, and services to ensure efficiency and compliance. Reduce risk and protect the company's reputation and brand image by maintaining detailed knowledge of federal, state, and local statutes that apply to the recruitment and selection function, and by conducting audits of recruiting practices
Managing relationships with third-party vendors as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
5+ years' experience in talent acquisition with at least 2 years in a system analyst role.
Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems and recruitment processes.
Ability to be onsite one day a week in the New Jersey office.
Ability to define problems effectively, analyze relevant data, establish facts, and draw valid and concrete conclusions to make and support sound recommendations.
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in making decisions and interact effectively and positively with HR business partners, hiring managers, and candidates with limited direction.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, change priorities, and handle confidential and sensitive material and issues.
Strong computer skills and technical aptitude, including (Google)
Attention to detail and thoroughness. Comfort and ability to work effectively in both independent and team-based scenarios'.
Hiring Range
The Hiring Salary Range for this position is $72,000.00-$105,000.00 annually.
(Salary offer to be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, location, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.)
