We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Operations Program Manager (Sr. OPM) to join the Advertising Operations team at Expedia Group. As a Sr. OPM, you will play a crucial role in representing commercial and operations impacts for product releases within complex, strategic initiatives that underpin our platform and services. You will manage a portfolio of initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and work closely with product, engineering and advertising operations teams to deliver innovative solutions that enhance our customer experience and drive business growth. In This Role You Will:
* Lead cross-functional and cross-organizational product and service releases for Ad Operations team, applying a structured framework to ensure team readiness and success
* Develop project plans, set milestones, and manage program execution from initiation to delivery, adjusting priorities, mitigating risks, timelines, or resources as needed to support project and program lifecycles
* Maintain program and project documentation, including systems diagram and process flow capturing the interdependent teams, processes, systems/tools and flow of data
* Coordinate with product, engineering and other stakeholders to drive requirements into the product cycle as well as organizing pre-launch readiness testing, training, and documentation activities
* Manage stakeholder communication and expectations, ensuring transparent and effective reporting on program progress, risks, and mitigations
* Drive continuous improvements, and challenge the status quo to build scalable processes for new business and general challenges
* Utilize business reporting and perform analysis for use in project business cases, prioritization and management decision making
* Use core program and project management principles daily and have a focus on continued learning in areas including: root cause analysis, kaizen, RACI, business case assessment, analysis, change management, and more
* Identify and develop relationships across Expedia to evangelize the Media Solutions business, collaborate on project roadmaps, and maintain knowledge of company strategy and industry wide trends

* Analytical and technical ability to understand capability of products and root cause of issues, supported by data and analysis

Experience and Qualifications:
* 8+ years of combined experience in project/program/product management, finance, compliance, business or advertising operations
* Experience owning large, complex program strategy development and implementation across a program portfolio that enables world-class user experiences
* Financial acumen and understanding of operational risk and controls framework
* Demonstrated risk-based, collaborate and creative approach towards solving business problems and process improvements
* Experience in AdTech or familiarity with digital advertising products, systems and operational processes desired
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Atlassian suite and data visualization tools such as Looker or Tableau.
* Experience with Salesforce, Google Ad Manager, and Oracle preferred.
The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $155,000.00 to $217,000.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $248,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
