We are seeking a highly experienced Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Thane, Mumbai. This role is critical in developing modern, scalable interfaces for our product and leading the migration of legacy systems to the latest .NET Core framework. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience, a strong command of .NET technologies, ReactJS, and databases, and be well-versed in application modernization techniques.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive web applications using .NET Core and ReactJS.
• Lead the migration of legacy .NET applications to .NET Core, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and other developers to deliver high-quality software aligned with business goals.
• Develop robust RESTful APIs and ensure seamless integration with front-end components.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Ensure adherence to software development best practices including DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Write unit and integration tests to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
• Maintain documentation and support knowledge sharing across teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

• Minimum 10 years of hands-on development experience in .NET technologies.
• Strong expertise in .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
• Proficient in ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Solid understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server or similar); experience with query optimization and stored procedures.
• Strong experience in application modernization strategies, including breaking monoliths, microservices, and containerization.
• Experience in full-stack development, including backend, frontend, and database layers.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience with cloud platforms like Azure or AWS is a plus.
• Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, and other container technologies is desirable.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, etc.
