Job Description/ Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled .net developer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in BootStrap, ASP.NET MVC, JQuery, JavaScript, .Net Core, and .Net Programming-C#. This role is hybrid and requires no travel. The Program Manager will oversee project execution, ensuring alignment with company goals and delivering impactful solutions.

Responsibilities

• - Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
• Oversee the development and deployment of applications using BootStrap, ASP.NET MVC, JQuery, JavaScript, .Net Core, and .Net Programming-C#.
• Provide technical guidance and support to the development team, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of project components.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Ensure that all project documentation is up-to-date and accurately reflects the current state of the project.
• Conduct regular project status meetings with stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and requirements.
• Evaluate project performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
