Summary

7 years of experience leading teams in a high-tech industry, preferably with a minimum of 3 years in management roles Familiarity with a product line operational functions including finance, install base management, workforce planning and organizational management History of driving predictable business results: making aggressive commitments and meeting them High aptitude with business processes and operational execution Excellent leadership and communication skills; bias to action Adaptable, flexible, and versatile leader with strong analytical capabilities Operational background preferred Able to lead & influence technically strong employees Education: BS/BA, MBA preferred Operations background, preferably in semiconductor industry with Etch or Deposition product and process knowledge We are looking for leaders with deep functional Lam networks and diverse operational experience. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
