Program management Drive critical Spares mid-lifecycle program development and implementation Collaborate on Legacy Product Lifecycle roadmap implementation of mid-lifecycle and other critical programs Develop, track, and report quantifiable KPIs and risks against program goals Build relationships with stakeholders across BD, product management, account teams, operations, and other supporting functions Challenge existing internal processes and recommend new projects to continuously improve business process workflows Identify opportunities to automate business processes to improve efficiency of project delivery This role can be based in Fremont, CA or Tualatin, OR Bachelor's degree with 15 years of experience or equivalent experience. An advanced degree preferred. 6 - 8 years cross-functional management/leadership experience Demonstrated program management skills associated with delivering project goals, timelines, and budgets Excellent collaborator, communicator, and a problem solver with a reputation to get things done Data analysis and presentation skills Experience with product development, operations, and supplier qualification in semiconductor capital equipment, or associated advanced industry Any prior experience with business process development and automation is a plus
