• Coordinate designs with external partner or design mechanical parts for R&D projects
• Coordinate and release mechanical components for mass manufacturing
• Define standards for release of mechanical parts in cooperation with Tridonic Headquarter
• Translate mechanical requirements of R&D projects into specifications for external or internal design and toolings
• Coordinate and monitor toolings as per defined project schedules
• Create and maintain master-data (parts, BOM, documents) in SAP
• Create, maintain and change Bill of materials in SAP

通过协调合作伙伴或者独立完成开发项目的结构设计 -

协调，承认并发行量产的结构件资料 -

协同锐高总部定义结构件承认和发行的标准 -

将开发项目结构件的要求转换成规格书，提供给外部或者内部设计和开模使用 -

根据定义的项目进度，协调和跟进开模 -

建立和维护SAP系统中的数据（BOM，文件，图纸） -

建立，维护和更改SAP中的BOM -

建立，维护和更改产品标签 Requirements 任职要求:

• Proficient in die-casting, injection molding, stamping (including metal punching), and plastic molding processes, among others.
• Over 5 years in mechanical designs and design tools for high volume components.
• Prefer light product design experience with different applications (indoor, outdoor, residential, professional).
• Strong trouble shooting skills.
• Basic manufacturing and automation skills
• Very good English skills (read, write, talk), be able to communicate with foreign colleagues in meeting, email and others.
  
  

精通压铸、注塑成型、冲压（含金属冲孔）及塑料成型等工艺。

• 5 年以上大批量零部件机械设计及设计工具使用经验。 -
  
  

具备不同应用场景（室内、室外、家用、专业领域）的轻型产品设计经验者优先。 -

较强的问题排查与故障解决能力。 -

基础制造及自动化技能。 -

良好的英语能力（读、写、说），能够在会议、邮件等场景中与外籍同事沟通。
