We are seeking a
Sr.Materials Mgmt. Manager in our
Broomfield, CO Location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business objectives into a deliverable strategy to achieve business goals and create a performance-driven advantage.
- Improve Operating System Maturity of SAP including Manufacturing, ERP, Planning and Global Trade Solutions and Smartsheet with support to develop processes as BTP to improve efficiencies.
- Facilitate the development of the Materials Planning Team through training, systems, processes, coaching, and mentoring.
- Focused on executing strategic projects and develop resolutions to meet project management execution of key priorities including global projects and other business projects.
- Establish, maintain and drive performance metrics for Material Management operations and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Oversee the Materials Execution Team, which includes functional areas of: Receiving/Shipping, Logistics, Import/Export, Inventory Control and Property Management
- Mature procedures to ensure compliance with requirements. Implement process controls, continued updating standard work across Materials Management.
- Collaborate cross functionally with Sourcing, Procurement, Finance, Technical Teams, Program Management, Operations and HSE/Facilities to attain process maturity for operational readiness
- Collaborate and drive a positive working environment and culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
- Ability to travel up to 25%
MUST HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 8 years’ experience as Manager with direct reports
- Minimum 8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics, or Operations in new development high-tech manufacturing, aerospace, semiconductors, or related industries
- Due to Contractual requirements, must be a U.S. Person. defined as, U.S. citizen permanent resident or green card holder, workers granted asylum or refugee status
- Due to national security requirements imposed by the U.S. Government, candidates for this position must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless the candidate is also a U.S. citizen.
WE VALUE:
- Experience working with complex, highly specialized materials (e.g., cryogenic components, superconducting materials, precision-manufactured parts).
- Experience with deployment of MRP and Global Trade Solutions in SAP systems
- Strong project management skills including the ability to manage priorities and workflow
- Proven experience with manufacturing/business process development and improvement
- High bias for action with creative problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Excel, Power Point and Smartsheet
- Desire to work in a fast pace, engaging and rewarding environment
- Excellent written and communication skills with ability to interface with all levels of leadership
- Detail and action oriented, ability to delineate information into manageable components

Compensation & Benefits:
Range posted is inclusive of bonus target when applicable

Estimated Salary Wage: $162,000 - $203,000 Annually
