Job Description:
* As a Sr. Marketing Program Manager, you will take ownership of leading complex marketing initiatives, driving alignment across multiple teams, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic objectives.
What You'll Do
* Manage and oversee comprehensive marketing programs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Serve as the primary liaison between marketing teams, product teams, and Studio partners, fostering collaboration.
* Develop and refine workflows, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment across functions.
* Lead the development and management of content production plans, ensuring they map to the communications plan and regional strategies.
* Provide expertise during creative reviews, offering guidance on production, licensing, and budget considerations.
* Establish and oversee robust review and approval schedules with stakeholders and partners.
* Monitor program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
Required Skills:
* Minimum of 5-8 years of marketing manager or program/project management experience preferably with a marketing management background.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Proven track record of successfully planning, completing, and optimizing marketing programs to drive business results.
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, JIRA, and Wiki (Adobe Workfront experience highly desired).
* Experience working on complex marketing campaign spanning multiple channels and stakeholders
* Experience working with creative and media agencies
* Excellent business partner management and presentation skills.
