In addition, we have clinics in Defence Colony (South Delhi), Cybercity & Subhash Chowk (Gurgaon), and at the Delhi Airport. Medanta is constantly growing and has also ventured in Retail vertical through Diagnostics (Laboratory Services) and Pharmacies. We also have also launched homecare services. We further plan to scale up existing facilities and expand into a few more geographical areas and also identify new avenues (Academics - Medical College) within the Healthcare eco-system. Responsibilities:


  • Talent Identification: Ability to identify High Potential (HiPo) talent and select the most effective methods which helps in developing and retaining talent. By using data, insights and talent tools (eg, predictive modelling, psychometrics, performance trends) for current and future talent for the organization
  • Talent groups: Identify different group of talent with-in the organization and use data in sighting to mobilize and create dashboard for the management for updates
  • Talent Pool: working knowledge to enhance diversity within and excess to internal & external talent pool to meet the future talent needs
  • External Talent Pipelines: Collaboration with talent acquisition team by sharing insights which will help the TA team to work with supplier and partner pipelines to improve organization need
  • Talent Development Program: Efficient in designing, diagnosing and developing specific organizational interventions, such as development bespoke programs to meet individual needs of the identified role holder.
  • Talent & Workforce Planning: Should know how to measure the talent management approach on the organization workforce planning
  • Career Pathways: Able to create organization-wide career pathways which meet business needs


Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in Talent Management/ Leadership development role with relevant qualification.
  • Project Management experience will be preferred
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management and Influencing skills
  • Proven advanced Talent Management or leadership Development, including high stake conversation
  • Experience working in a B2C industry.


Work Days: 6 days from office


Location: Gurgaon
