We are looking for Sr. Manager Sales, distribution & Wholesale business (North & East Region) for Sports Retail brand in Gurgaon.

Note - candidates looking from Fashion Retail brand only who have exp. to handle North & East Region.

15-20 years of experience in Trade and retail sales preferably in Sports industry

Salary - 35.00 to 40.00 Lacs

Job Scope

1) Sales and Distribution : Regional Sales – North and East

• Person has experience of managing Regional sales across MBO’s, SIS, Key Accounts & Export.

• Person has experience of managing regional sales team , Merchandising and MIS.

• Formation of business planning and strategies.

• Pre-order planning of merchandise and execution of order.

• Territory bifurcation and appointing new partners.

• Driving business to meet the monthly and yearly targets.

• Stock and category movement analysis.

• Secondary Sales planning and liquidation of stock.

• AR collection and Hygiene , account reconciliation on monthly, Quarterly and yearly level.

• Planning and strategizing sales, promotions and schemes.

• Exploring new opportunities and avenues of sales.

• Building a strong and robust relation with distributors & Dealers.

• Competition landscaping at product and price level.
