Job Description:

The Customer Connect Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with policyholders to ensure timely renewal premium payments. The role involves field visits, customer engagement, addressing queries, and resolving issues related to policy renewals, ensuring high customer retention. HO Level role, managing & driving renewals and customer retention from Head office.


Location- Malad, HO

Designation- Sr. Manager Revenue Assurance


Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for PAN India renewal collection strategy form HO
  • Renewal target setting, initiative design/implementation to achieve the targets.
  • Point of contact for IT developments, Audits & compliance requirements
  • Management of branches & Call center to drive 13th to 61st month persistency
  • Planning, Design, Controlling & reporting of renewal drive are the main areas of responsibilities.
  • Project handling for renewal strategy planning & implementation
  • Renewal department budget planning & monitoring
  • Communication management & Renewal reporting.
  • Contest & RnR management for Branch & call center.



Qualifications & Experience:

  • Post Graduate preferred.
  • Experience in Renewals/Customer Retention/Customer Handling preferred
