Summary: Fanatics Collectibles is looking for a seasoned Production Planning Leader to manage production priorities through the manufacturing process, delivering everything from real-time prioritization to multi-month forecasting. The Senior Manager will report to the Director of Planning who reports directly to the Global SVP of Manufacturing. Given the team's mandate to ensure Fanatics Collectibles can deliver everything from flagship products to small run projects with a goal of 100% On-Time Delivery, this leader will be expected to: * Develop and execute production plans with built-in contingencies, adapting to licensing-related delays and shifting priorities while ensuring smooth workflow across manufacturing. * Ensure all necessary materials arrive on-time to enable production, assembly, and pack out * Drive monthly forecasting of demand levels for each manufacturing department against capacity to schedule jobs * Lead a team of planning associates accountable for departmental planning The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent strategic & organizational skills, a demonstrated propensity for continual learning, experience with large-scale problem solving and leading teams. Within the first 6 months, you will… * Set and modify production schedules & problem solve when issues arise against plan * Own high-visibility initiatives to improve planned quantities / jobs against actual output * Work with BizOps, Transformation, Project Management, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to identify opportunities for improved visibility of upstream activities with impact to planning * Provide analysis and recommendations on shifts in planning to Executive team with quantified tradeoffs * Lead team of associates and develop planning skillset across Fanatics Collectibles * Given the complexities of licensed product approvals, this role requires patience, agility, and a passion for continuous improvement in a fast-paced, evolving environment The Ideal Candidate: * 8-10 years of experience, with a preference for Manufacturing, Planning, Finance / Accounting, or Scheduling roles * Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, accounting or similar * Spanish & English proficiency preferred * Excellent organizational skills with penchant for clear written & verbal communication across diverse teams * A collaborative leader who excels in cross-functional partnerships, communicates effectively, and thrives in a team-first culture-someone who drives solutions through influence rather than authority. * Analytical expertise with the desire and ability to dive deep into problem-solving Ensure your Fanatics job offer is legitimate and don't fall victim to fraud.
