Summary

The Opportunity Hyatt Hotels Corporation is in search of a Sr Manager, HR Data & Governance to lead the HR data management and governance initiatives to ensure the accuracy, security, and compliance of HR data across the organization, including but not limited to data management, data quality, data security, compliance, analytics, process improvement, technology governance management, data risks, and strategic leadership. The Role Listed functions are: * Create and enforce policies, procedures, and standards for HR data management. * Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency by implementing data validation and cleansing processes. * Develop and enforce data access controls, encryptions, and authentication protocols to protect sensitive HR data. * Communicate data governance policies and procedures to HR teams, leadership, and relevant stakeholders. * Oversee HR systems and tools, ensuring they meet data governance requirements and are aligned with organizational goals. * Provide strategic direction on HR data governance to senior leadership and HR teams. * Lead cross-functional projects related to HR data governance initiatives. * Lead the HR Data Governance team. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human resources, Management Information systems, or related degree. * 8 years in HR Data oversight, configuration and support; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * 3 years' experience in a management position. * SPHR / SCP or equivalent certification preferred. * Proficiency in Microsoft products, especially Teams, OneNote, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. * Proficiency in collaboration tools like SmartSheet. * Preferred proficiency in data analytics tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and Tableau. * Ability and willingness to demonstrate strong team leadership through care and agility. * Ability and willingness to operate in a fast-paced, and complex environment. * Ability to travel as required on a primarily national basis (5-10%). * The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing. The salary range for this position is $105,000 to $140,000 annually. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
