SBM Management is searching for a dynamic Sr. Manager Digital Transformation! Sr. Manager, Digital Transformation will lead the integration of digital technology into all areas of the business, fundamentally changing how you operate and deliver value to customers. This role will also drive cultural change requiring organizations to continually challenge the status quo, experiment, and become comfortable with failure for the pursuit of innovation and improvement. Responsibilities: * Lead, guide, and support multiple work streams through the design and implementation of targeted change strategies including identifying change impacts to people, process, policy, and structure * Ensure stakeholder alignment * Develop program delivery strategy to deliver complex processes and systems * Build and maintain effective partnerships with key cross-functional leaders and project team members * Evangelize the vision for the operational transformation among business users, cross-functional leaders, and other stakeholders; serve as the primary focal point for the engagement * Manage communication and actively engage stakeholders, including senior management on program status, deliverables, and expected * Overseeing system integrations to deliver impactful and timely results * Other duties as assigned Qualifications: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Strong analytical skills * Ability to lead, guide, and coach project team members in a fast-paced environment * Ability to be comfortable and credible in assessing impact of change as well as communicating that change * Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, escalate issues appropriately, and keep information confidential. * Strong interpersonal skills * May be required to have a valid driver's license * BA/BS in related field required and Master of Information Systems is referred but not required. Relevant work experience may substitute for required education, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
