🔍 Senior Manager, Data Science

We’re partnering with a forward-thinking IoT company transforming connected devices for millions of users worldwide.

🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Guide a team of 3 data scientists delivering AI-driven features across edge and cloud platforms
• Drive the adoption of insights, models, and other outputs
• Lead and directly engage in the design, development, and deployment of advanced analytics models and solutions, including predictive and prescriptive outputs, to enable business partners to make better data-driven decisions
• Guide strategic data initiatives that influence product design, customer experience, and long-term innovation

✅ You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 7+ years in data science or machine learning, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Expert knowledge of statistics and advanced analytical and machine learning techniques, including forecasting, predictive modeling, network and cluster analysis
• Translate complex business problems into clear data science and advanced analytics models
• Thrive in cross-functional environments and can translate data insights into real-world outcomes

Hybrid role in the greater Chicagoland area - 3 days in office/ 2 days remote
