What You'll Do

Management will modify the job or require other tasks be performed whenever it is deemed appropriate to do so, observing, of course, any legal obligations including any collective bargaining obligations.

  • Partner with Crew Scheduling and Tracking operational leadership to identify opportunities for improvement, develop solutions, and oversee implementation of changes
  • Leverage data or reporting to recommend optimal solutions for complex challenges
  • Collaborate with the Crew Business Intelligence team to design reports and real-time dashboards that provide missing information needed to make optimal decisions
  • Partner with IOC Technology and IOC Analytics team to continue improving speed to recovery following IROPS
  • Lead an analyst team who manages much of the crew technology used in the operation at the IOC
  • Lead an administration team overseeing Crew Scheduler and Tracker shift bids, shift trades, open shift coverage, and compensation
  • Lead a working team with our Crew Hotel and Transportation Operation vendor to ensure continuous improvement
  • Lead a qualify assurance team that helps further develop the Crew Scheduling and Tracking team members

All you'll need for success

Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master's degree in relevant field or equivalent experience/training
  • 5+ years leading people that indirectly or directly support operations or relevant experience
  • Ability to evaluate complex processes and identify improvement opportunities while complying with contractual obligations and technology limitations

Preferred Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience

  • Operational experience, particularly with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of Crew data in Mosaic is a plus

Skills, Licenses & Certifications

  • Demonstrated ability to positively lead a team in an ever-changing work environment
  • Ability to productively and proactively adjust to dynamic situations
  • Ability to influence positive change through outstanding collaboration
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels both verbally and written
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, including Access, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
