Job Responsibilities

• 14+ Years of experience in contract management in the Real Estate / Construction industry
• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Construction Management, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Real Estate / Construction Contracts
• Proven experience in a Contracts Department or similar roles.
• Manage and oversee contracts across all trades, including Civil, MEP, and Finishes.
• Analyze financial aspects of projects, ensuring budget compliance and cost control.
• Collaborate with project management teams for effective site execution.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships to enhance project delivery.
• Conduct pre- and post-contract activities, including documentation and compliance.
• Perform rate analysis and lead contract negotiations.
• Ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction contract management, excellent negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel as required
