Position Title: Sr. Manager, CLM Product Owner

Location: Dallas, TX; Amsterdam, Netherlands

Your role As the CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) Product Owner within the Legal organization, you will lead the implementation, evolution, and optimization of our CLM platform. You’ll work closely with global business stakeholders and IT teams to define the product vision, gather and prioritize business requirements, and ensure high-impact solutions are delivered efficiently.

Reporting to the Contract Management BPO, you’ll manage the full development lifecycle—driving automation, enhancing data management, and ensuring a seamless, user-friendly CLM experience. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with deep contract management expertise and a passion for improving processes through technology and innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Define and lead the CLM product vision, roadmap, and evolution in partnership with IT and business teams.
  • Serve as the main liaison between business units and IT, managing stakeholder engagement and communication.
  • Translate business needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria and business alignment.
  • Design, document, and optimize CLM processes, incorporating feedback and product enhancements.
  • Oversee development, testing, and sprint execution to ensure timely, high-quality CLM deliveries.
  • Manage and maintain CLM content (templates, playbooks, workflows) in collaboration with Legal and key partners.
  • Drive change management, including training, documentation, and end-user support.
  • Promote continuous improvement through feedback loops, automation, and innovation initiatives.
  • Ensure contract data quality and compliance with corporate standards, leveraging reporting and dashboards.
  • Support enterprise-wide data initiatives, including model enhancements and AI-driven improvements.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 5+ years in CLM systems (preferably Conga) and Contract Management.
  • Experience in B2B sales and procurement environments, with strong Quote-to-Cash process knowledge.
  • Strong data and analytical skills, including use of AI tools and familiarity with data models.
  • Proven project management capabilities; certification a plus.
  • Solid grasp of agile methodologies, product ownership, and continuous improvement practices.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align product goals to business objectives.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and end-to-end product accountability.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder influence skills.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively across virtual teams and time zones, with strong presentation skills.
