The Impact You’ll Have At Concora Credit
You’ll be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of data-driven BI strategies that support enterprise business goals, improve operational efficiency, drive growth and mitigate risks. You’ll be managing a team of BI analysts and be responsible for developing KPIs, dashboards and reports, identifying trends and opportunities through data analysis, and presenting findings to senior leadership.
This position is located at our Beaverton, OR office and has a hybrid schedule. We’re onsite Monday through Wednesday.

Responsibilities
As our Sr. Manager Business Intelligence, you will:
- Develop and implement business intelligence strategies and solutions
- Manage and mentor a team of BI analysts
- Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards, KPI's reports, and analytical tools
- As part of a small BI team, as needed, create and maintain dashboards and reports
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify data needs and translate them into actionable insights
- Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through comprehensive data analysis
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership and managers
- Establish and enforce data governance policies and best practices
- In collaboration with IT teams, oversee data architecture and integration with business systems
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging BI technologies

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics roles
- Proven experience managing and leading BI teams
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, or Tableau
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience with Financial services / Credit Card business is a plus
- Experience with Python is a plus
- Experience with databricks and Microsoft Azure is a plus
