Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sr. Manager - Business Development, focusing on cloud and DevOps solutions. In this role, you will lead our sales efforts, drive revenue growth, and cultivate strategic relationships with clients seeking to leverage cloud and DevOps technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, and support to drive individual and team performance.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets for cloud and DevOps services.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to generate leads and expand our client base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including solution architects, engineers, and consultants to develop innovative solutions that address client needs and challenges.
• Drive sales engagements from initial contact to deal closure, including solution presentations, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within client organizations, becoming a trusted advisor and partner.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to position our offerings effectively and identify new market opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
