Summary

Role:

Indifi is looking to hire great business development & cross-sell talent with a problem-solving mindset - smart, hungry, ownership-driven people looking to take responsibilities beyond their years of experience.


Key Responsibilities & Expectations:

  • Driving repeat business & AUM growth on Indifi’s customer base
  • Devising/ monitoring customer segments/ cohorts to optimize repeat business
  • Working with campaign & product teams to drive customer engagement, repeat intents and self-serve
  • Working with sales org to ensure maximum conversions, resolve challenges and realize opportunities
  • Analysing & influencing funnels to get improvement/ growth at each step
  • Listening to the needs of the customers and creating/ delivering high impact programs/ initiatives
  • Seeking out opportunities to be a leader & doing everything one can to help the org achieve its objectives


Desired Skills/ Experience:

  • 4-7 years’ prior experience
  • Prior exposure to at least one of retail credit, cross-sell/ up-sell or growth roles is preferred
  • Bias towards problem-solving/ intrapreneurship and delivery of outcomes
  • Effective communicator
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated aptitude for data-based decision-making & simplifying complex data to find answers
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Has drive to work as an individual contributor to make good things happen
