Please apply to [email protected] Sr lead Java developer As Sr Java Software Engineer for a web-based J2EE application you will design and implement key components for an enterprise class product. You will have technical responsibility for application modules including having high-level design of the whole product. We have an immediate need for a very senior, hands-on Developer/Architect who is an expert coder with strong analytical skills and solid experience in the design, build and roll-out of Java and J2EE-based software products. The ideal candidate will have excellent OOD skills, deep knowledge of J2EE technologies, App Servers, and databases. This person should have experience delivering enterprise products while meeting requirements for reliability, availability and scalability. Knowledge of software engineering and development principles, theories, concepts, and techniques. Proficiency with design and infrastructure management methodologies and processes. Ability to apply project management best practices on engineering developments. Analysis, design, development and delivery of large, complex, high performance, high availability and scalable enterprise solutions. Ability to successfully manage and work with development partners, including, off-shore vendors. Characteristics include: an understanding of technical architectures/products, an ability to effectively apply technical architecture/product knowledge to the technical portion of our business solutions, and an understanding of the needs of the industry to which solutions are delivered. Proven skills in the effective management of complex, multi-disciplined resources and technologies. Knowledge of multiple hardware infrastructure and application technologies including (but not limited to): Open Systems (UNIX/LINUX), Enterprise Databases, Middleware, Web services, open source technologies, Application development platforms, testing tools, J2EE, Web, High Availability designs and technologies.
