About the Role: This is a unique opportunity to develop your career as a Senior Fullstack Engineer during an exciting period of hypergrowth. You’ll work closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Team Lead to design and deliver solutions that will enable Time Doctor to scale and remain the market leader. All of this will be achieved through your ability to both deliver and collaborate with a team of talented engineers. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a modern tech stack on a product that has traction with significant growth opportunities. This is a full-time position, reporting to the VP of engineering and Customer Happiness Team Lead. Your Responsibilities: Write clean, efficient, and reusable code. Develop and manage server side-components. Design and deploy high-performance code. Integrate server-side logic to the user-facing components. Ensure that the main database and front-end request are at their optimal performance. Identify and implement data storage solutions. Perform diagnostic tests, fix bugs, and provide technical support to users. Document software development processes and prepare project reports. Provide suggestions for improvement and apply them to daily tasks and processes. Collaborate with a team, including product managers, designers and back-end/frontend engineers to deliver new features. Use your product mindset to have an impact on how we make things simpler, more intuitive, and easier for our customers. Required Skills & Experience At least 4 years of professional back-end/frontend experience, ideally working on JavaScript ecosystem ( Nodejs, Typescript, NPM, Webpack ). Strong MongoDB experience, ideally with some sharding experience. Experience with in memory databases such as Redis. Experience with test-driven development and continuous delivery. Experience working in a product focused SaaS company, preferably during a significant growth phase. Experience working with GCP technologies ( e.g Big Query, CloudRun, Pubsub ) Bigquery is desirable. Expert at Angular10. Proficiency in HTML and CSS with an understanding of responsive design. This is a full-time, 100% remote position that will allow you to work from anywhere.
