Role Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java applications for various projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues and software defects.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance and scalability.
• Implement and integrate RESTful APIs for efficient data exchange.
• Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Document software designs and technical specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Assist in the estimation of project timelines and resource requirements.
• Mentor and guide junior developers in best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Participate in systems analysis and design reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong knowledge of the Spring Framework and web services.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Proficient in SQL and experience with relational database management systems.
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Experience in software testing and debugging processes.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and excellence.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
• Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
