Responsible for Design, Construction & Unit Testing of assigned components/modules Experience working with relational databases to facilitate programming software Support production implementation & post-production issues Very good communication skills Strong analytic, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills Excellent team players with ability to work with multiple vendors and internal departments Application Support, Change Management and Maintenance. Outstanding customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills Roles and Responsibility: Hands on experience in designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms Object oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Mentor junior team members with the assistance of PM/Architect Understanding of agile /waterfall development methodologies and test driven development practices Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications Excellent knowledge of Core Java, Web Services, Spring components, Relational Databases and SQL Design and implement automated unit testing framework as required Use best practices and coding standards. Conduct thorough unit testing using the automated unit test framework Conduct peer-reviews and lead reviews and provide feedback Desirable Functional Skill: The role requires an individual who is results-focused, proactive, highly collaborative, confident under pressure, and has demonstrated skill in both solution evangelism and expectation management. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication, time-management; planning, negotiation skills and presentation skills are highly desirable.
