1. Back-End Development:

• Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient back-end systems using Java.
• Develop APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and integrate with third-party services.
• Implement data models, databases, and caching solutions.
• Integrate Kafka for event-driven architecture and messaging.

2. Architecture & System Design:

• Architect server-side solutions that meet business requirements and handle high traffic loads.
• Ensure system security, scalability, and performance.
• Work with Camunda to design and implement workflow and process automation solutions.

3. Database Management:

• Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Optimize database queries and indexing for performance.

4. Code Quality & Testing:

• Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
• Perform unit, integration, and system tests to ensure the software is robust and reliable.
• Work with GitLab for source code management, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.

5. Collaboration:

• Work closely with front-end developers to define API contracts and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Utilize Jira for task management, bug tracking, and project collaboration.

6. CI/CD & Deployment:

• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab for automated deployment and testing.
• Deploy code to production environments and monitor application performance.

7. Troubleshooting & Optimization:

• Investigate and resolve performance issues, bugs, and production incidents.
• Continuously optimize code for better performance and lower latency.

8. Documentation:

• Write and maintain technical documentation related to the back-end architecture, services, and processes.
