Job Summary:

This individual contributor is highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Functional/Technical Integration Developer with expertise in Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) integration. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with HCM Extract, BI Reports, Fast Formula, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Experience with Dell Boomi or similar integration tools is a plus. The candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between Oracle HCM and other systems to support our business processes and ensure seamless data flow.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CIS, or related field and five (5) years of experience in Technology development/engineering
• 3 years of experience in integration development, specifically with Oracle HCM
• 3 years of development experience with Oracle database or database technologies
• 3 years experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of solutions applying development life cycles (e.g., SDLC).
• 2 years of development experience with cloud platforms such as OCI (Oracle Integration Cloud Infrastructure)
• 2 years experience developing and implementing data warehousing technologies within a large organization.
• 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM integration technologies, including HCM Extract, BI Reports, Fast Formula, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
