What You'll Do
* Provide exceptional support across Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR operations globally, ensuring smooth processes and positive experiences.
* Serve as the hands-on subject matter expert with ATS, CRM, and HRIS implementations, driving innovation and optimization.
* Lead the enhancement and implementation of HR systems and programs.
* Manage immigration, travel, and relocation processes.
* Maintain accurate records to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
* 3+ years of HR experience, including implementing and managing HRIS systems, programs, and projects.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Able to work from assigned location without relocation assistance from Omnicell.
* Legally authorized to work in the US without Omnicell sponsorship now or in the future.
* Ability to pass background and employment verification checks.
Preferred Qualifications
* 4-6 years of relevant experience and a degree in HR, business, or related field.
* Experienced in immigration, employee mobility, HR laws, and compliance.
* Background in healthcare or technology industries.
* Experience managing HR processes across different regions, including the US and internationally.
* Skilled in data analysis (reports, pivot tables).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle HCM Cloud or similar HRIS platforms, Certiphi, Zoom, Slack, SharePoint, and Smartsheet.
