LRS Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer for a contract-to-hire, remote opportunity with our financial client based in downtown Chicago, IL! Responsibilities: * Serve as the primary technical point of contact, working closely with internal teams and technology partners from client organizations. * Ensure that the technology platform, community features, user interface, and digital content deliverables are managed effectively, providing an excellent client experience. * Actively participate in cross-functional team meetings (product, marketing, member experience, and sales) to align on project goals, timelines, and deliverables. * Lead development and deployment of the v1 Fraud Community using the existing community platform (HigherLogic). * Conduct technical evaluations of competitor community platforms, focusing on scalability, security, and functionality.- Recommend upgrades or new solutions to meet evolving user needs. * Develop user-friendly UI/UX designs to ensure an exceptional member experience.- Implement and manage single sign-on (SSO) and API-based integrations with third-party systems. * Collaborate with the first-line support team to manage technical issues, address user concerns, and ensure platform uptime and reliability. * Monitor platform performance and implement optimizations to improve system performance, usability, and security. * Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web development, community platform management, and financial services technology. * Implement and monitor feedback loops to identify and prioritize platform enhancements based on user and stakeholder input. * Other duties as assigned. Requirements: * 5+ years of experience as a full stack software developer, with a proven record of delivering scalable digital solutions. * BS/BA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.- Experience with C#, ASP.NET (WebForms and MVC), and Visual Studio. * Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks such as React.- Experience with SQL Server, including developing complex queries and stored procedures. * Familiarity with digital authentication (such as SSO technologies like SAML or OAuth; Microsoft Entra ID) preferred. * Experience with community platforms such as HigherLogic is a plus. * Proven ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers to align solutions with business needs. * Must reside in Illinois, Missouri, or Pennsylvania- Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer * Corp to Corp candidates will not be considered LRS is an equal opportunity employer. The base range for this contract position is $45.00 - $75.00 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
