Description We are looking for a highly skilled Sr. Financial Analyst to assist our client on a contract basis in San Francisco. In this role, you will support the financial planning process, develop accurate models, and establish key performance targets. This position is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and advanced expertise in financial analysis and forecasting. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making. - Assist in setting performance targets and providing data-backed recommendations to achieve business objectives. - Conduct detailed financial forecasting to ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze key financial inputs. - Monitor and report on financial performance, identifying trends and variances. - Provide insights to support mid-year and long-term financial planning efforts. - Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data used in analysis and reporting. - Support the preparation of presentations and reports for senior leadership. - Evaluate financial risks and opportunities to guide budgetary decisions. Requirements - A minimum of 7 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or related roles. - Proven expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. - Strong proficiency in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP& A) processes. - Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet tools and financial software. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. - Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
