• Location: PAN India (Bangalore, Hyderabad, Noida, Chennai, Gurugram, Pune, Vizag)
• Shift timings 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM

Essential Job Functions: -

• Analyze financial data and report on financial performance and trends
• Track financial performance at BU/Entity/Location/client/project level
• Liaise with Account Management and Delivery to understand elements of project costing profitability
• Work closely with finance and other support functions to collate financial and statistical data
• Perform variance analysis, analyze historical revenue, expense behaviors, and design financial and statistical projections
• Take active part in financial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions
• Demonstrated ability to construct long-range P&L, including organic and in-organic growth drivers, and cash flow models and perform DCF for valuation etc.
• Periodic investor reporting including consolidated financials, operating metrics, and variance analysis
• Analyze financial and statistical data to make recommendations for improvement and to drive decision making
• Experience in M&A execution, valuation modelling and financial due diligence will be an added advantage
• Involve in financial evaluation of all major business decisions
• Prepare presentations for the Senior Management Team

Required Qualifications: -

• MBA Finance / CA/ CFA or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 -5 years of experience in financial analysis with leading multinational corporate
• Highest standards of accuracy and precision; highly proficient with advanced Microsoft Excel techniques
• Excellent interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills are required to support working in project environment.
• Excellent financial acumen and analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
