We are currently seeking a SeniorEnterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Analyst to work remotely with some travel.
Purpose/Summary
The Senior Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems Analyst position will serve as technical expert for enterprise-wide ERP systems while acting in a strategic and tactical capacity providing full life-cycle support as well as partnering with business leaders to evolve the business strategy. The Senior ERP Systems Analyst will also lead ERP project implementations to Infor Visual Manufacturing from other systems. Travel is required during ERP projects for ensuring high level of execution and promoting synergy with the applicable manufacturing facility.
Core Duties And Responsibilities
Under general supervision:
Provides general ERP support and expertise across multiple site locations
Leads ERP projects and provides system support for new implementations, upgrades, patches, and process improvements
Monitors application environment and tunes system performance
Evaluates and recommends changes to current and future ERP system requirements to meet organizational needs
Creates and modifies reports generated from ERP systems using appropriate report writing tools
Manages ERP servers and databases
Works with ERP system vendors to resolve issues and review licensing
Collaborates with superuser functional groups and various site staff to perform a root cause analysis to identify and provide solutions to existing issues
Supports end-users; provides training and materials
Integrates software components and third-party programs
Creates and maintains technical documentation for reference and reporting
Interacts with team members to determine best practices and client requirements for software
Analyzes and tests solutions and products before formal launch
Actively seeks ways to improve business processes and interactions
Aid and support the coaching and training of other team members to ensure all employees are confident in the use of software applications.
Stays current with emerging trends and technologies in ERP development
Performs other related duties as assigned
Minimum Required Qualifications
Knowledge, Skill & Ability:
Experience working with Infor Visual Manufacturing as both an end user and administrator
Advanced knowledge of SQL database administration and Extract Transform Load (ETL) processes
Thorough knowledge of report writing tools including the ability to create and modify new or existing reports
Solid understanding of MRP and Scheduling principles and configuration
Solid understanding of Quality Nonconformance Processing
Knowledge of managing Trace Lots and Serialization for manufactured parts
Experience testing and implementing Visual Macros, Workflows, and Customizations
Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Project Management skills
Self-motivating skills to plan and accomplish individual and team goals
Resourcefulness and troubleshooting skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience/Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field, and
Five (5) years of combined experience developing and implementing software applications, administering a Visual ERP system, providing end-user support and process improvements for ERP systems in aerospace or similar manufacturing environment, OR
At least 10 years of combined relevant experience, training, and education to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position
Special Requirements
Required to travel to site locations for major projects
Occasional weekend and night work may be required
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with BI tools and data warehousing such as Qlik and Snowflake
EDI experience with Robot Morning Demand Line and Supply Line or similar software
Experience with APIs and Version Control Systems such as Gitlab
Experience with both on-premises and government cloud hosted ERPs
Fluent in Spanish for end user training
