For an assignment with one of our OEM customers in the premium vehicle sector, we are currently looking for a

Tasks

• Lead HMETC strategical reports and VIP events (Internal/External)


• Manage bi-weekly company-wide reporting process


• Support HMETC management on ad-hoc requests


• Coordinate HMETC-wide investment management


• Consolidate cross company operation like information related to future manpower plan


• Align with R&D Center in Namyang (South Korea) and HMG brand related regional headquarters


• Handle cross-functional team activities and exchange on complex topics


• Identify cross department synergies to propose and implement processes improvements (Technical and R&D administration)


• Adapt HMETC strategy according to ongoing market changes and global businesses

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, Engineering or related field desired


• MBA or master’s degree desired, but not required


• 5+ years of industry experience in R&D Strategy, Product Strategy, Product Planning, and/or Project Management, experience in Automotive preferred


• Ideally certified by PM systems: PMI or Prince 2


• Creative mindset as well as a problem-solving mentality


• Pro-active and self-motivated attitude


• Good communication skills a must: verbal, written, presentation


• Proficient skills in MS Office - Excel, PowerPoint and in virtual conferencing, e.g. WebEx, MS Teams or similar


• Demonstrated ability to adapt to rapidly changing business requirements


• Fluency with English language; bilingual Korean language skill an advantage, but not required
