Overview Are you a skilled Electronics Technician with a passion for innovation and excellence? Chenega is looking for a talented Sr. Electronics Technician to join our dynamic team and help us push the boundaries of technology. This position is contingent upon contract award Responsibilities * Troubleshoot and repair complex electronic systems and components. * Perform routine maintenance and testing on electronic equipment. * Collaborate with engineers to design and implement new electronic solutions. * Maintain detailed documentation of all work performed. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Associate's degree in a technical related field or equivalent related experience. * A minimum of eight years of experience in installation, troubleshooting, and wiring of electrical/electronic equipment is required. * Must be able to pass a government background investigation. * Requires knowledge of basic and advanced electrical and electronic principles . Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment. * Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook. * Knowledge of OSHA general safety standards. * Knowledge of the proper care and usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Must be willing to travel up to 90%.
