Summary

We are looking for an experienced and visionary Projects & Automation Solutions (PAS) Offering Management Leader to join our team. This position will spearhead the development and management of our projects and automation solutions offerings, ensuring they are aligned with customer needs, market trends, and the strategic goals of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, a deep understanding of automation solutions, and a proven ability to drive innovation in project management. Key Responsibilities Strategic Vision * Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for PAS offerings, focusing on project and automation solutions. * Ensure that the offering strategy aligns with the company's broader goals and meets the evolving needs of the market. Market Research & Customer Insights * Conduct rigorous market assessments to identify opportunities for new offerings and enhancements to existing solutions. * Engage with customers to gain insights into their challenges and needs, translating these insights into actionable offering strategies. Offering Development & Lifecycle Management * Oversee the end-to-end development of PAS offerings, from concept and design through launch and ongoing management. * Continuously evaluate and refine offerings based on performance metrics and customer feedback. Collaboration with Internal Stakeholders * Work closely with product development teams, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful deployment and support of automation solutions. * Facilitate communication across departments to enhance the customer experience and streamline project execution. Financial Management & Performance Tracking * Develop financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability associated with PAS offerings. * Track performance metrics (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions to optimize the offerings and adjust strategies as needed. Team Leadership * Lead and mentor a high-performing team responsible for offering management functions. * Inspire and empower team members to drive innovation while fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Industry Thought Leadership * Maintain a pulse on industry trends in project management and automation technologies; represent the organization at industry events and conferences. * Encourage a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team. YOU MUST HAVE * 10+ years of experience in offering management, product management, or a similar role, with a strong background in project management and automation solutions. * Proficiency in project management methodologies (such as Agile, Scrum, or PMP) and automation technologies. * Familiarity with market dynamics and trends affecting automation solutions in the industry. WE VALUE * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA is a plus. * Strong strategic vision with an ability to think critically and analytically. * Exceptional project management and organizational skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
