Summary

I have a client with a great opportunity for a Sr. Director of Strategic Sales for a Large, Global Technology Company that is looking to hire their very first dedicated Executive to build the 50 person Sales Team in the Americas.


This is a new Business Unit that was created in Q1 of this year, inside of an existing $6 Billion Building Automation Systems business unit. They have the VP/GM of the business unit in place, who has a Product Leadership background, so they’re looking for a strong Leader that has proven experience building successful Sales Teams.


This person will be tasked with building out the Strategic Sales Team, and motivating them to achieve growth targets, identify and capture new opportunities, and establishing long-term partnerships. The goal is to get the company ‘on the spec’ for new Healthcare, Education, Data Center, and Hospitality projects.


This role will be focused on building a team of HUNTERS, and requires strategic thinking, deep customer insights, and the ability to craft customized solutions that drive revenue and differentiate the company’s technologies in competitive markets. Success in this role will require a proven track record of driving transformational growth initiatives, delivering measurable business outcomes, and leading high-performing teams to exceed sales quotas.


Total all-in annual compensation will land this person in the $300k to $400k range, INCLUDING the base salary plus quarterly bonus.
