Job Description

DevOps Engineer role will primarily be responsible for deploying to existing and new customer instances, performing releases, and troubleshooting any errors encountered during these release processes. 

Qualifications

• Deploy, monitor, and maintain mission critical applications running in Microsoft Azure & On-Prem for customers across the globe  using Azure DevOps.
• Proactively analyze existing process to identify gaps and improvement opportunities 
• Troubleshoot and resolve product deployment and release issues 
• Ensure proper security controls are enforced 
• Perform scheduled maintenance activities 
• Able and be willing to occasionally work during Eastern Time Zone with the North American team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server administration and Microsoft IIS is required 
• Hands-on experience with Powershell scripting is MUST.
• Hands on experience with Azure Virtual Machines, Sonar Cloud, SYNK, Site24x7 is required 
  
  

Additional information

• Hands-on experience with reading and executing SQL queries is preferred
• Experience with managing multi-tenant SaaS applications is strongly preferred 
• Understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, Terraform, and Git is strongly preferred 
• Ability to work in a rapidly evolving environment, effectively balance multiple priorities, work with cross-functional teams
