We service the general public in providing a filing service to help them to start their new business. We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and user-centered Sr. Design Product Owner to join our dynamic team.

Work Scheme:

Hybrid - 2 days on site, 3 days at home.

However, we encourage people from any state in Mexico to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head of Design and cross-functional stakeholders to shape the product vision and roadmap.
• Partner daily with the Design team to co-develop wireframes, ensuring they align with user needs and product objectives
• Work collaboratively with commercial partners to explore, define, and validate new service opportunities or enhancements to current offerings.
• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization, relevancy and value delivery
• Experience in driving experimentation and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize user experiences.
• Refine backlog and user stories with engineering and design teams.

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a tech-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and experience collaborating closely with design teams.
• Advanced - fluent english.
• Ability to gather and analyze both qualitative and quantitative data to support informed decision-making and drive product innovation.
• Experience in product discovery, customer interviews, and defining MVPs.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially commercial partners.
• Solid grasp of agile product development methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills

Is a plus (but not mandatory):

• Familiarity with Figma is highly desired.
• Experience with other wireframing tools (e.g., Sketch) and product management platforms (e.g., ClickUp, Jira).
• Understanding of API and data flows
• Familiarity with finance-related concepts and workflow
