Summary
该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容：
- Responsible for External connector product development/extension/ existing product maintenance.
- Work closely with engineering team/vendor/sales/PM including customer in getting the right and clear plan to execute
- Follow up with Amphenol high speed IO process (DFMEA, FAI, ECN, etc.).
- Provide concept / design and feasibility study, design review meeting, well documentation, drawing / spec / necessary engineering documents release and archive.
- Lead in resolving the issues down to the closure and manage design & engineering changes.
- Technical support to customer, conduct necessary test, engineering analysis. Interacts with vendors, marketing and sales personnel, and other engineering areas for working alignment.
- Work with FAI approvals, Process Capability Study, and 5 WHY analysis.
- Periodically engineering review and report
- Work with Operation team to give the technical supports closely.
- Domestic/oversea business travel if needed.
- Other tasks assigned by Engineer manager. 岗位要求：
- University degree or above majored in mechanical engineering or related field required 2.8-12 years working experience in high-speed connector or consumer industries in technology field.
- Experience of engineering & souring project management
- Good hands-on working experience, willing and keen for hands-on work
- Basic knowledge in machining, molding, stamping, plating, cable assembly process.
- Learn to use Solid works or AutoCAD software with solid working experience
- Knowledge in Basic Quality techniques
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills. Willing to communicate skill
- Good presentation skills with usage of PowerPoint presentations.
- Mastery of office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc.
- Effective problem-solving skills, willingness/ability to deal with multiple product and assigned tasks.
- Good Leadership management skills especially on build the team from 0-1.
