The ideal candidate will be responsible for cleaning, expanding, and maintaining the structure of systems’ databases and managing the input of information into the company’s systems to support all functional activities of Product Lifecycle Management. Furthermore, will support PLM to reduce the current project timelines by centralizing tasks to a single user. It’s important to note, this role involves only database administration, not analytics.

About the Role

• Creation and setup of new local SKUs and local BOMs, ensuring all systems are ready on time to manufacture, deliver, and invoice orders.
• Creation and setup of new delivery locations, ensuring all information is up to date and correct, to schedule and execute product deliveries and for reporting purposes.
• ERP’s troubleshooting.
• Support multiple operations areas across the organization at the company with the creation of SKUs and BOMs for import requests.
• Monitors and maintains progress of change requests, change orders, and projects to ensure timelines are met and objectives are completed correctly. Monitoring new items, trends, and anomalies.

Qualifications

• This position is not a Data Analytics role, main duties are only to administrate and manage databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering systems, data science, industrial, chemistry, or related field.
• From 2 to 4 years of experience in management and administration of large amounts of databases.
• Must be Full proficient in Excel & Microsoft Office.
• Advanced English is a must.
• Availability to travel.
• Valid visa and passport with the ability to travel is a plus.
