Overview:
Lead technical execution of data projects with a focus on architecture, data pipeline design, governance, and stakeholder alignment. Drive data strategy and ensure delivery of scalable, secure, and efficient data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy
• Execute company’s data strategy aligned with business goals.
• Define and enforce technical standards and best practices.
• Mentor and guide a team of data engineers and analysts.
• Review code and architecture for quality and maintainability.
Architecture & Pipeline Management
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines across diverse sources.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and timely delivery.
• Optimize pipeline performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Document data architecture, pipelines, ERDs, and technical specs.
• Enforce data security, compliance, and governance standards.
Collaboration & Communication
• Work cross-functionally to gather requirements and ensure project success.
• Translate technical concepts into clear business language.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Project Management
• Manage end-to-end delivery of data projects and milestones.

Technical Skills & Qualifications
