How will you make an impact? We are seeking a Senior GTS Data Analyst to lead data-driven initiatives, leveraging statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI to drive strategic business insights. Data Analysis & Modeling: * Develop and implement advanced statistical models and machine learning algorithms to solve business challenges. * Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover trends and insights. * Ensure high-quality data is accessible and optimized for analysis. Project Leadership: * Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition to model deployment and ongoing monitoring. * Define project objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Collaboration & Communication: * Partner with business units to understand challenges and provide data-driven solutions. * Present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders via reports, visualizations, and workshops. * Advocate for a data-centric decision-making culture across the organization. Continuous Improvement & Innovation: * Stay current with emerging trends, algorithms, and best practices in AI, ML, and data analytics. * Enhance existing models and processes through experimentation and innovation. * Recommend new tools and technologies to optimize data capabilities. Documentation & Compliance: * Maintain thorough documentation of models, methodologies, and analyses. * Ensure adherence to data privacy, security, GxP, and SOX compliance requirements. How will you get here? Required Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. * 5+ years of industry experience in data analytics, machine learning, or AI-driven solutions. * Proficiency in Python or R and experience with data manipulation libraries (Pandas, NumPy). * Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras). * Excellent problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset. * Ability to translate complex data concepts for a non-technical audience. Preferred Skills * Experience with big data technologies & cloud platforms (Google Data Analytics, BigQuery). * Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker). * Knowledge of GxP and SOX Compliance (preferred). * Previous experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Biotech (a plus). #GKOSUS
