Summary

Seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Producer to support globally recognized entertainment and video game franchises. This role will focus on campaign execution and production, managing creative development workflows across various platforms and media types, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest standard. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling high-volume, high-stakes projects with multiple stakeholders.

💰 Pay: $71.25/hr

📍 Location: Santa Moncia

📅 Schedule: Hybrid; on-site Tues/Wed/Thurs (Mon & Fri WFH)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management efforts across high-impact marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with senior creatives and cross-functional partners.
  • Own and drive campaign-level planning and execution, anticipating production needs and potential bottlenecks.
  • Manage timelines, resources, and deliverables for a range of digital and print assets, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business goals.
  • Coordinate approvals and feedback from multiple departments, including Legal, PR, Studio, and Editorial.
  • Mentor junior producers and contribute to process development to improve workflow efficiency and collaboration.
  • Serve as a key representative in high-level meetings with stakeholders and external vendors, communicating progress, priorities, and next steps.
  • Review and QC all creative assets to ensure brand, legal, and technical compliance.
  • Maintain strong, solution-oriented relationships across internal and external teams.
  • Triage urgent requests and resolve roadblocks while maintaining project momentum.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in production, account management, or project management within a creative, marketing, or advertising environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Adept at navigating shifting priorities in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to align multiple stakeholders and drive consensus.
  • Experience managing large-scale campaign assets, timelines, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Familiarity with video game production or entertainment media is a plus, though not required.
  • Comfortable being a production leader and advocate within cross-functional teams.
