This position is ideal for mid to senior-level finance professionals to join the Global Corporate FP&A team as a Sr. Manager to support the strategic plan, annual operating plan, monthly forecasts, and quarterly close by partnering with global finance teams. You'll provide support to the global FP&A teams on budgeting, planning, analysis and reporting to influence decision-making and improve performance. This role is vital for Align to ensure that our short-term and long-term strategy is in place for our overall business success. * Prepare the BOD, Audit Committee and all C-level financial presentations * Responsible for updating the monthly financial reporting package for senior management as needed * Responsible for internal financial reporting and data accuracy * Set forecasting calendar and consolidate financials for budgeting/forecasting cycles * Ensure calendar and process for annual operating plan and monthly forecasts are clearly communicated and deadlines effectively met * Drive the global finance teams to complete business deliverables for forecasting, reporting, budgeting and other corporate requirements * Prepare and book Journal entries monthly for necessary corporate items * Analyze corporate spending against forecast and budget and recommend opportunities for savings * Responsible for balance sheet and cash flow forecasting * Create tools and templates for Finance team to drive standardize inputs for consolidation * Ability to use experience and skillset to improve and automate areas with minimal supervision * Support the global Finance team with analysis and ad-hoc financial projects where necessary * Design, build, and test automated financial reports and models using various reporting tools * Administer and become a subject matter expert with planning and reporting tools used at Align including ERP, Consolidation, Planning, and Business Intelligence software packages * Respond to questions and requests from end-users regarding the planning and reporting tools and communicate and track issue resolution
