About the Role:
In this role, you will support the development, enhancement, and execution of operational components of the corporate compliance program. This includes compliance policies, training programs, content development, and awareness initiatives that promote a culture of ethical behavior and accountability across UKG. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and a passion for simplifying and modernizing compliance expectations for employees.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Corporate Compliance Operations Manager to enhance the operational aspects of UKG's corporate compliance program, including:
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Security, HR, etc.) to design, deliver, and track annual and role-based compliance training programs and policies.
* Support the full lifecycle of compliance policies, including drafting, updating, and communicating policy changes.
* Drive initiatives to increase employee awareness of compliance standards and ethical expectations.
* Contribute to the creation of modern, engaging compliance campaigns and communications.
* Maintain accurate documentation of compliance program activities, including SOPs, training completion, and policy acknowledgements.
* Develop and present reports and dashboards to track program performance and engagement metrics.
* Support the corporate records retention program by partnering with departments to ensure adherence to UKG's records retention policy and schedules.
* Provide timely assistance for internal and external audit requirements (e.g., (SOC 2, ISO27001).
* Monitor relevant regulatory and industry developments, including trends in HCM, SaaS, and data governance and recommend operational adjustments as needed.
* Participate in updates to standard operating procedures to align with evolving compliance requirements.
* Promote the mindset that Compliance is a strategic advantage enabling growth and customer satisfaction.
* Respond to internal compliance related inquiries and requests
* Perform additional duties and projects assigned by management.
About You:
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Risk Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory role.
* Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver presentations to a variety of audiences.
* Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and driven to exceed goals.
* Ability to work collaboratively, influence change, and meet tight deadlines.
* Strong strategic thinking and business acumen skills.
* Proficient analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and regulations.
* Ability to conduct compliance risk assessments and audits.
Preferred Qualifications
* Relevant certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC) preferred.
* Experience in developing and implementing compliance metrics and KPIs.
* Knowledge of international compliance regulations and standards.
* Experience in change management and process improvement initiatives.
* Familiarity with GRC tools, compliance management software, e-learning platforms, and learning management systems (LMS).
* Familiarity using ServiceNow; ability to master new technology tools as needed.
* Experience in SaaS environment.
* Understanding of audit frameworks (e.g., SSAE 18 SOC 1, AT101 SOC 2 or ISO27001/17/18, NIST) and/or experience supporting regulatory and compliance programs in organizations with global operations.
* Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
* Experience with FedRAMP is a bonus.

The pay range for this position is $88,700 to $127,500, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
