We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, providing exceptional service and support
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and underwriters
Analyze client's insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions and coverage recommendations
Ensure all client files and documentation are accurate and up-to-date
Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and market changes
Provide support and guidance to junior account managers or support staff as needed
Qualifications/Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Account Manager
Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and coverages
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficiency in insurance management software and Microsoft Office suite
Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CIC, CRM) a plus
Compensation Package
Compensation: Between $80K-$100K (based on experience).
