Experience: 5-10 years of experience in Windows system administration.

Technical Skills

Strong knowledge of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) administration.

Expertise in Active Directory, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and Windows security, WSUS,SCCM.

Experience with VMware/0365

• Experience in planning, implementing, sustaining, administering Office 365 & Microsoft Active Directory & Azure Virtual Server environment.
• Office 365 administration experience on various products and tools like Intune, ATP, DLP, OneDrive, End Point Manager, Teams etc.
• Experience with Servers, AD, AD-Sync, Azure AD and Exchange Mail Flow with Security, Identity and Access Management, MFA, Conditional Access
• Servers and Office 365 SharePoint Administrator experience
• Administer and support Active Directory, DNS &DHCP.
• Good knowledge of IIS web Server administration, troubleshooting
• Administer and Manage VMware vSphere, VCenter & ESXi Clusters environment
• Proficient in Windows Server Administration ( 2016 & Above) & good knowledge of Windows Workstation Operating systems.
• Complete lifecycle and patch management of all Wintel infrastructure, ensuring supported and up to date, using WSUS.
• Create, submit and implement infrastructure changes in accordance with the Change Control procedure
• Work and cooperate closely with the global team of helpdesk support analysts
• To provide escalated support to any level of user whilst on-call
• Participation in 24/7 support for high availability
