Join our energetic and collaborative team as a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, where you'll play a key role in expanding our client's product line. You'll work closely with developers, leaders, and partners to modernize our technology and enhance operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include designing high-quality software applications, analyzing business and technical processes, identifying system interfaces, and documenting workflows. Additionally, you'll reverse-engineer applications to develop precise technical specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with developers, product leaders, operations, and business partners to modernize technology landscapes and improve operational efficiency

• Design sophisticated software applications that align with organizational standards

• Analyze and document current and new business and technical processes, system interfaces, and dependencies

• Reverse-engineer existing and new applications to develop clear technical specifications

• Define test cases and ensure acceptance criteria match real business value

Key Technical Skills:

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst

• Proficiency in SQL and experience writing complex queries

• Experience with API integration and working with vendors on API integration

• Experience with user interfaces (UIs)

• Familiarity with REST API technologies, JSON, and tools like Postman/Insomnia

• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, particularly AWS
