Sr. Business Development Manager, Commercial Excellence Job Title: Sr. Business Development Manager, Commercial Excellence Position Type: Full-Time Reports To: VP of Sales and Business Development Job Description: The Sr. Business Development Manager, Commercial Excellence role expands upon the existing responsibilities of the previous position, requiring a higher level of leadership, decision-making, and strategic execution. The role continues to oversee business development, pricing strategy, and sales forecasting, but with an increased focus on long-term planning and broader operational impact. Key Responsibilities: * Oversee the development and execution of sales strategies with a strong focus on driving revenue growth and EBITDA profitability while contributing to long-term planning and high-impact initiatives. * Lead the business development efforts, identifying new growth opportunities and executing strategic initiatives, while taking on a larger leadership role in market expansion. * Oversee pricing strategy and competitive analysis, ensuring optimal pricing models for sustained profitability and leading efforts to refine pricing policies at a broader level. * Manage and enhance sales forecasting processes, coordinating with sales, finance, and operations teams to drive accurate business projections with an increased role in executive-level decision-making. * Enhance commercial operations by streamlining contract administration, pricing approvals, and customer engagement strategies, ensuring greater efficiency and strategic alignment. * Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative business models, aligning commercial operations with evolving market trends and company growth strategies. * Drive cross-functional collaboration between sales, finance, and supply chain teams to optimize profitability and operational efficiency at a higher scale. * Provide executive-level reporting and insights, offering high-level strategic recommendations to senior leadership to inform decision-making and long-term planning. Qualifications: * Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field (MBApreferred). * Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in commercial operations, businessdevelopment, or strategic sales management. * Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in sales forecasting andpricing strategy. * Excellent negotiation and communication abilities, with a proven track record of drivingrevenue growth and influencing high-level business strategies. * Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and advanced Excel or businessintelligence tools. * Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and managemultiple priorities effectively.
